We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Operations Manager to lead our team of professionals in providing exceptional corporate secretarial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Governance: Oversee all aspects of corporate secretarial operations, including new client onboarding, database setup, training, and task implementation.
  • Process Improvement and Quality Control: Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, drive operational improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain process hygiene, standardize workflows, track and analyze errors, implement corrective actions, and enhance quality control measures.
  • Team Development and Mentorship: Train, mentor, and guide team members, ensuring fair work distribution and effective query resolution, conduct cross-training and internal sessions to build a skilled and adaptable team.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: A professional with extensive experience as a company secretary or semi-qualified company secretary with significant work experience in a similar industry or department.
  • Skill and Attributes: Fluency in English (written and spoken), flexibility, proactivity, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.
