About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Cloud Solution Engineer to manage, deploy, and optimize solutions on the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare platform. This role emphasizes release management, leveraging a branch-based strategy for deployments, and ensuring operational reliability through a deep understanding of Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365. You will play a key role in managing deployment pipelines, supporting healthcare-specific modules, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Release Management:
    • Manage and execute deployments using a branch-based strategy for version control and release management.
    • Coordinate and execute complex release cycles with minimal downtime.
    • Utilize Git workflows for branch creation, merging, and ensuring smooth release transitions.
  • Azure Management and Administration:
    • Deploy and manage Azure resources, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
    • Apply Azure Administrator capabilities to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud-based issues.
  • Dynamics Deployment Experience:
    • Configure and deploy solutions using Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.
    • Experience with Dynamics Apps for CRM and concepts of solutions, entities, dashboards for Dynamics CRM.
  • DevOps and Pipeline Management:
    • Design and enhance Azure DevOps pipelines for build and release workflows.
    • Debug and optimize pipelines for complex deployments with parameters and integration points.
    • Ensure release readiness by maintaining robust testing and validation processes.
  • System Monitoring and Vulnerability Management:
    • Proactively monitor system health using Azure Monitor and KQL queries.
    • Identify and address vulnerabilities to maintain compliance and security.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and execute comprehensive testing strategies for solution reliability.
    • Validate configurations and releases to ensure high-quality solutions.

Requirements:
  • Mandatory Expertise:
    • Proven experience in managing branch-based release strategies.
    • Hands-on experience with release pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of Azure Fundamentals, resource management, and administrator capabilities.
    • Experience with Dynamics 365 modules and Azure DevOps, CI/CD practices.
  • Healthcare-Specific Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare deployment practices.
    • Knowledge of healthcare-specific modules such as Patient Service Center and Care Management.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
