Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chartered Accountant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and expertise in SAP exposure.

  • Prepare daily MIS, monthly MIS, monthly financial statements, and reports as needed by management.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and support annual audits for India and foreign companies.
  • Prepare tax audits/ITR for India and foreign companies and ensure relevant tax filings.
  • Support transfer pricing compliance for India and foreign companies.
  • Ensure completion of all compliance requirements in respective jurisdictions.
  • Handle statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, etc.
  • Perform month-end close transactions, reconcile FI and CO reports after month-end close.
  • Prepare annual budgets (including capital budgeting).
  • Develop strong English and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and consultants at international locations.
  • Familiarize yourself with regulatory reporting, accounting operations, and tax accounting.
  • Prepare standalone financials and consolidated financials according to Ind AS/IGAAP/IFRS/US GAAP.
  • Coordinate with consultants, regulators, and merchant bankers.
  • Prepare historical restated financial statements for regulatory filing.
  • Possess knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and integrity.
