Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.

In this role, you will also enhance and refine internal control processes for better efficiency. Additionally, you will perform detailed profitability analysis, segment reporting, utilization analysis, business plans, and prepare complex financial statements.

You will provide audit support for multiple geographies and prepare various presentation decks for board meetings, management review meetings, etc. A strong leader, you will motivate and mentor a team of analysts, setting clear performance expectations and goals, and facilitating regular team meetings to communicate updates and foster a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
  • Enhance and refine internal control processes for better efficiency.
  • Perform detailed profitability analysis, segment reporting, utilization analysis, business plans, and prepare complex financial statements.
  • Provide audit support for multiple geographies.
  • Prepare various presentation decks for board meetings, management review meetings, etc.
Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified individual with a strong background in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Qualified Chartered Accountant (QCA) qualification.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 4 years of experience in team management and mentoring.
  • Proven experience in agile project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel financial modelling techniques and standard practices.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical tools and techniques and consolidation tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
