Paralegal - Immigration Specialist

Path Law Group is a boutique immigration firm specializing in employment-based immigration law.

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to manage a large caseload of non-immigrant (NIV) and immigrant (IV) visa cases, including National Interest Waiver (NIW), O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s.

  • Draft, review, and edit complex case documents with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B visas.
  • Independently manage a high-volume caseload while collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process and provide timely updates.
  • Report progress and status to legal teams and managers, ensuring adherence to submission deadlines.
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring procedural compliance.
  • Exercise strategic acumen and initiative in managing case assignments and resolving delays.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
  • Maintain accurate records and perform consistent case tracking and management.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and elite prioritization abilities.

At least three years of experience in immigration law, particularly with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As, is required. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are preferred.

This position offers a fully remote work arrangement.
