Job Summary

Cencora India Technology Services Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and customization of the Archer platform to meet the specific needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adequate system support for operating environment components such as databases, operating systems, network interfaces, storage systems, servers, and associated hardware.
  • Act as a Lead Administrator for various enterprise applications by ensuring timely resolution of system problems and enhancing system functionality.
  • Serve as a platform subject matter expert, educating or informing colleagues and customer groups on the capabilities and potential applications of tools.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to Administrators I/II/III to ensure adequate day-to-day end user support for CRM applications to all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain application and platform health, availability, and stability.
  • Work with production team to schedule production release updates and upgrades.
  • Support integration of changes in test, pre-production, and production environments.
  • Work with production quality assurance/testing team to ensure appropriate level of testing has been completed prior to implementation of change.
  • Ensure the performance and reliability of the systems or applications.
  • Define procedures and technical design for user access and administration.
  • Monitor and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics for all system features.
  • Identify risk levels and recommend and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Maintain history reports, identifies, and addresses re-occurring problems.
  • Counsel users on technology changes that will impact work processes.
  • Prepare documentation for customer support, such as software configurations and network configurations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
  • 6+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in application support or system/application/database administration.
  • Technical Lead Experience.
  • The candidate should have RSA, Data field experience.
  • Client Interaction, Testing and Quality Assurance Experience.
Preferred Certifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
  • ITIL, ITSM Certifications.
