Job Description:
">We seek an innovative CRM & Retention Marketing Manager to spearhead customer acquisition and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). This role plays a pivotal part in expanding our user base and enhancing customer engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of user journeys, in-app marketing, and customer relationship management across various digital media channels.
Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):">
- ">
- Manage CRM across all channels and touchpoints to boost engagement, cross-sell new products, and drive incremental revenue.">
- Create lifecycle journeys and automated flows to maximize conversion rates and customer lifetime value.">
- Develop and own the CRM calendar, creating novel campaigns to drive maximum conversions.">
- Establish performance benchmarks across user cohorts to enhance conversions using cross-channel communication journeys spanning In-App, Push, Direct Messaging, Email & SMS.">
- Content Marketing:">
- ">
- Oversight of creating and distributing high-quality, brand-aligned content across digital platforms, including social media, email, & websites.">
- Develop data-driven insights to forecast good/bad customer journeys, understand user engagement, and identify growth levers to maximize LTV.">
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovations resulting in high ROAS creative assets (Video and Audio).">
- Leverage marketing insights to better comprehend our customers and represent their voice.">
- Campaign Design and Optimization:">

- Collaborate with the design team to create and deliver creatives supporting performance marketing efforts.">
- Work with the product team to refine messaging and value propositions based on customer feedback.">
- Execution and Reporting:">
- ">
- Build internal reporting systems to publish data, validate partner claims, and handle financial processes for smooth operations.">
- Work across multiple aspects of marketing, from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and strategy, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, advocacy, events, and communication, and integrate them into user journeys to impact respective product funnels.">
- Optimize vendor costs and execute campaigns with efficient ROI.">
Estimated Salary Range: ₹80 lakhs - ₹1 crore per annum.
