Job Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist at Cummins Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving top-line growth and enhancing our position in the market. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Manage key accounts to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans and meet business objectives.
  4. Marketing Strategy: Leverage market research and customer insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  5. Work with marketing leaders to develop and execute marketing communication plans.
  6. Project and Communication Management: Manage marketing projects and coordinate with teams to ensure successful execution.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance marketing processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  1. Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including the 4 Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement).
  3. Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Required Education: College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related subject.
