We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional administrative support to our Principal. This role requires strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Job Description:This role involves managing the Principal's schedule, coordinating communication, and preparing official documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in an educational setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the Principal's calendar and scheduling appointments
- Preparing and reviewing communications, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events
- Assisting with report preparation and document organization
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
Requirements:To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
