A Career with UsAs a Product Designer at TBO.COM, you'll design exceptional user experiences for our B2B audience, incorporating compelling visual designs and strong UI focus. You'll balance creativity, user empathy, and technical collaboration to create engaging and functional designs across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Design end-to-end user experiences from concept to execution for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop visually appealing UI components maintaining high standards of graphic design and branding consistency.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-focused and visually striking designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs aligning with business goals and user needs.
- Produce marketing and platform visuals such as icons, illustrations, and banners ensuring they align with TBO brand identity.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and visual libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI expertise and graphic design work.
- Proven ability to design for complex systems with a user-centric and aesthetically pleasing approach.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other tools for graphic design and animation.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Ability to create illustrations, micro-interactions, and animations to enhance the user experience.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles, user research methodologies, and data-driven design decisions is a plus but not mandatory.
