Job Summary
Aakash is seeking an experienced Administrative Executive to manage all administration-related works on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office activities, recording attendance, and managing the front desk along with dispatch and housekeeping staff and supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administration-related works on a daily basis
- Oversee day-to-day office activities and record attendance
- Manage the front desk along with dispatch and housekeeping staff and supplies
- Take instructions from the Branch Manager
- Book and manage training, meeting programs, and other official activities
- Maintain, replace, and repair office assets
- Arrange for all stationery, housekeeping, tea, coffee, snacks, lunch, and first aid
- Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, ensuring that messages are recorded and reported in a timely manner
- Manage all out-of-office and ad-hoc activities
Desired Profile
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of administration and office operations. Language preferences include English and Hindi for branches in North, English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam for branches in South, and English, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada for branches in South.
Experience
1-4 years of experience in a similar role is required. Industry type, education, and functional area are non-academic. A graduate in any discipline is preferred.
