Job Title: Retail Beauty Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Retail Beauty Specialist to join our team at Estee Lauder Companies. As a Retail Beauty Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective product knowledge and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, offering expert advice on product selection and usage.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their beauty needs and preferences.
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge and recommendations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a high level of visual appeal and organization.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or beauty industry, preferably with a strong background in makeup artistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice on product selection and usage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software, with a strong understanding of sales data and analytics.
