Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at AccorHotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the presentation of food to ensure it meets company standards and guidelines.
  • Liaise with outlet managers to facilitate service delivery and maintain high standards.
  • Organize food set-ups and delegate work to ensure efficient service.
  • Record and update recipes to maintain comprehensive information.
  • Evaluate systems and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the operation of the kitchen to ensure HACCP procedures are followed.
  • Train and counsel team members to enhance performance and motivation.

Requirements

Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety guidelines.
