System Operations and Maintenance Specialist

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to system support, security, and optimization, ensuring seamless operation of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related M365 services for optimal performance.
  • Oversee user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Implement backup and recovery solutions for M365 data, guaranteeing business continuity.
Technical Skills:
  • Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration, including patching, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy configurations for streamlined management.
  • Azure AD, Intune, and Purview for secure access, device compliance, and data governance.
  • Network security protocols and vulnerability assessments for robust protection.
  • Video conferencing systems setup and maintenance.
  • Provision of end-user support, technical training, and documentation of configurations and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in system administration, IT operations, and security.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Purview.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
