Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business strategies to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Promote and sell apartments to home buyers
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a basic salary of ₹600,000, plus incentives and benefits.
About the Role
This is a full-time role that requires regular working hours. The successful candidate must be able to commute to our office in Visakhapatnam, India.
