Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at Wipro Linecraft AI.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our product and own a significant part of it.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Analyzing and solving complex technical problems across the full software stack, addressing issues related to performance, scalability, and system reliability.
  • Conducting thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with coding standards.
  • Leading the design and development of major features, owning the end-to-end modules from proof of concept to final design, development to deployment.
  • Designing scalable and repeatable solutions within each major feature.
  • Prototyping and designing new architecture and features as we encounter business and product use-cases.
  • Training, mentoring, and collaborating with your team of engineers and developers.

Your Expertise:

  • Expertise in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React or Angular, Next.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, Material UI.
  • Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python (Flask or Django).
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB or MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
  • You have an understanding of message queues like Kafka, rabbitMQ, MQTT.
  • You have an understanding of CI/CD principles, including automated builds, tests, and deployments.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • You have worked with web technologies or have built data pipelines.
  • You have worked in a product company.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
  • You have 4+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Software Engineer, preferably in a product-based company with a proven track record of working on complex software projects.
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter, eager to make an impact in this space.
  • You are a great communicator and a team player.
  • You are detail-oriented and have a penchant for complex problems.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, paid bi-weekly, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
