Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with our company vision and goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying ways to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and materials that meet client needs and objectives.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to established guidelines and best practices.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing concerns and delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through regular communication and follow-up.

Requirements and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Strong sales skills, including negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A strong understanding of the textile industry, with knowledge of current trends and developments.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
