Job Title: Shopify Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Shopify developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce platforms and be proficient in shopify themes development, liquid programming, and server-side languages such as Ruby on Rails, Python, or Node.js.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop eCommerce Websites on Shopify platform
  • Develop maintain and optimize Shopify stores backend infrastructure which has over 800 products
  • Migrating websites from other eCommerce platforms to Shopify
  • Integrate and maintain third-party apps APIs and services to enhance the stores functionality
  • Develop seamless connections with Shopify platform APIs Marketing Tools Shopify Apps
  • Transforming complex layout PSDs AIs into pixel perfect presentation layer HTML5CSS3 templates
  • Create responsive website designs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science software engineering or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Shopify and ecommerce platforms
  • Expertise in shopify themes development Customization
  • Strong knowledge of shopify liquid programming
  • Expertise in serverside languages such as Ruby on Rails Python or Nodejs Either of the one is must
  • Indepth knowledge of Shopifys Liquid template language API and app ecosystem
  • Proficient in database management with experience using PostgreSQL or other relational databases
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
