Sales and Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at GlowRoad, a social commerce platform acquired by Amazon. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for understanding our products and services, articulating their functions and benefits to sellers, and acquiring new sellers across various categories.
About the Role:
- Acquire new sellers across categories from assigned locations, ensure entire selection is listed at best price, and establish long-term partnerships.
- Identify potential sellers and industry verticals, lead generation, and convert new sellers on GlowRoad.
- Propose solutions for growth and building good relationships with clients, training sellers on all services being offered.
- Drive new product launches, sourcing new catalogs, and ensuring availability of wide variety of products across categories from assigned locations.
- BUILD DEEP MARKET UNDERSTANDING
- Achieve seller launch, selection, and seller acquisition targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional operations teams to streamline processes and assist sellers in becoming self-reliant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
