Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Lead to join our team at Virtusa. As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our processes and products.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in leading teams and implementing quality frameworks. You will work closely with our functional managers to obtain necessary resources to support team requirements and establish meeting times, places, agendas, and document the same with MOM.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort. You will motivate and inspire team members, lead by setting a good example role model behavior consistent with words, and coach and help develop team members to resolve dysfunctional behavior.

You will also facilitate problem-solving and collaboration, oversee day-to-day team quality metric performance, discover root cause analysis (RCA) and trended non-conformity incidents (TNI), and intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues related to quality guidelines.

In addition, you will recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance, conduct monthly one-on-one performance reviews with QAs, and act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for conducting appraisals and approving leaves.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in quality management.

  • High proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Six Sigma knowledge.

  • Knowledge of MS Office and G Suite.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
