The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with excellent English communication skills. This role requires the ability to manage daily operations, oversee end-to-end execution of tasks/projects, and handle internal and external stakeholder requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and oversee end-to-end execution of tasks/projects.
- Handle internal and external stakeholder requests, ensuring timely closure.
- Drive clear and effective communication across teams, partners, and clients.
- Support budgeting, tracking, reporting, and operational execution.
- Maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
- Participate in meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
