Senior US Bench and Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Bench and Talent Acquisition Lead to head our Resource Management Unit (RMU). This strategic role combines leadership with execution, requiring you to actively source candidates for OPT/CPT, STEM OPT, and H1B transfers to build our bench pool, while also driving bench sales and mentoring a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Directly source and onboard OPT/CPT, STEM OPT, H1B transfers, GC/USC candidates into the company.
- Build and maintain a strong bench pipeline aligned with US market demand.
- Market consultants to vendors, clients, and MSPs; close deals with strong follow-ups and negotiations.
- Lead and mentor the OPT Recruiter and Bench Sales Executive; ensure team targets are met.
- Own relationships with vendors, Tier-1 partners, and direct clients.
- Report weekly to leadership on bench strength, utilization, and placements.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of proven US IT staffing experience (with strong focus on OPT recruiting + H1B transfers).Hands-on experience in bench sales, with an established vendor/client network.
Knowledge of US visa categories (OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC, USC).
Strong in resume screening, onboarding, and candidate preparation.
Familiarity with job boards (Dice, Monster, TechFetch), ATS/CRM (Ceipal, JobDiva), and MSP tools (Beeline, Fieldglass).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
