The Lead Territory Manager is a pivotal role at Quickrush Infosolution Pvt. Ltd., focusing on driving sales growth and team performance in designated geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Geography Management
  • Develop and implement effective geography mapping strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Audit and review the progress of area mapping on regular intervals.
Recruitment and Training
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching new joinees in conjunction with the L&D team.
  • Train and coach employees on geography mapping, source management, and customer relationship.
Employee Development
  • Identify under-performing employees based on location benchmarks and areas of development.
  • Match the gap with relevant interventions to enhance employee performance.
Team Management
  • Maintain a culture of fairness, openness, happiness, and transparency within the team.
  • Ensure smooth interdepartmental functioning with adherence to processes.
Source Relationship Management
  • Manage relationships with all sources in their geographic area.
Channel Partner Recruitment
  • Documentation checking and submission to ASM for approval.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams and foster a culture of excellence.

This position offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
