Job Title: SAP Cloud Platform Integration Functional ExpertAbout the Role:

As a seasoned SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and supporting integrations between SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and other applications using SAP CPI. Your expertise in cloud-based integration solutions will enable our organization to streamline its processes and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CPI integrations with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and external systems.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into functional integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical developers to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Support data migration, middleware configuration, and interface monitoring in SAP CPI.
  • Evaluate integration designs for best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to business and IT teams.
  • Stay updated with new SAP Cloud technologies and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A strong background in SAP CPI consulting is essential for this role. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, particularly in Finance, Procurement, Sales, or Logistics modules, is highly desirable. A solid understanding of SAP CPI architecture, integration patterns, and cloud connectors is also required. Proven experience in end-to-end integration design, testing, and deployment is necessary.

  • 6+ years of experience as an SAP CPI Consultant with a strong functional background.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Finance, Procurement, Sales, or Logistics modules preferred).
  • Solid understanding of SAP CPI architecture, integration patterns (SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, APIs), and cloud connectors.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end integration design, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong business process knowledge across SAP S/4HANA modules and their integration points.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the required qualifications, candidates with experience in agile project methodologies, SAP BTP, API Management, Event Mesh, or SAP Integration Suite capabilities, and SAP Certification in CPI or S/4HANA Cloud will be at an advantage.
