Textile Design Studio Leadership

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our textile design studio. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong experience in team management and project coordination.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, manage team members, liaise with partners, coordinate projects, and drive sales. They will also work closely with the design team to push the boundaries of textile design and create unique products.

In addition to managing the studio's presentation and facilitating communication between departments, the leader will be responsible for inspiring and motivating a team, driving innovation, and building a thriving community around a direct-to-consumer brand.

The right candidate will possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as a passion for textiles, design, and innovation. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of achieving results through effective leadership and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the textile design studio
  • Liaise with retail partners to drive sales and growth
  • Coordinate projects and teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and creativity
  • Maintain open communication channels with the design team and other stakeholders
