Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Vlocity Technical Lead to join our team at Prodapt. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions.

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop comprehensive solutions that meet their requirements. You will be responsible for managing external client projects, overseeing team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Technology Solutions: You will design, code, debug, analyze performance, package, and deploy solutions to the client's Salesforce/Vlocity organization.
  • Project Management: You will oversee team members, manage external client projects, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client business needs and translate these into technical solutions.
  • Integration and Development: You will experience in designing and developing integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST API.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: You should have Salesforce/Vlocity certifications in architect and consulting track (Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc...), strong communication skill, and experience working on App Exchange products, Salesforce/Vlocity Marketing and Wave cloud.

Requirements:

  • Software/CRM Experience: 7-9 years of Software/CRM experience that includes 5+ years in Salesforce/Vlocity CRM.
  • Certifications: Salesforce/Vlocity Certification in functional and technical area.
  • Design Patterns: Experience in application development and integration using different design patterns.
  • Cloud Products: Functional understanding of different cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, FSL etc...
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to demonstrate critical, analytical thinking in all aspects of the job – technical and non-technical.
