About the Opportunity

BHIVE Workspace is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic recent graduates to join our Pre-Sales team as an Associate (Consultant) on a 6-month paid contract. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in sales and enable you to gain valuable insights into the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis to inform tailored marketing strategies.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies aimed at meeting sales targets.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update sales/marketing databases, track campaign progress, and prepare reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Recent Graduate: You are a recent graduate from any discipline who is highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Communication Skills: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare well-structured reports and deliver professional presentations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You have confidence and ease in reaching out to industry professionals, building relationships, and expanding professional networks.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other research or analytics tools is an advantage.
