We are a leading provider of comprehensive water sector solutions, encompassing the full spectrum from strategizing to implementation. Our services include monitoring, evaluation, market-led interventions, and co-creating an enabling ecosystem for clients within the Agri and allied sectors.

Our team focuses on delivering apt and well-timed solutions despite the dynamic nature of the sector. With extensive experience across agriculture and allied value chains, including horticulture, dairy, animal husbandry, aquaculture, poultry, and a footprint in multiple states and central government departments.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and technical skills, including policy-based analysis, knowledge of trade, agricultural policies, and economics. They should be able to drive and support the agenda of our Agri and Allied Services practice both domestically and globally, possessing a deep understanding of the subject matter.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Water supply and wastewater management
  • Government and public sector water boards, EPCs, and consultants

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead consultative sales efforts for digital water solutions, including SMART water management systems
  • Engage with government clients, consultants, and EPCs to understand requirements and position tailored solutions
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and deliver product demonstrations and presentations
  • Collaborate with technical and proposal teams to ensure solution alignment and value articulation
  • Drive territory sales planning and lead qualification
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6–10 years of experience in water sector sales, hydraulic modeling, and project design
  • Proven track record in direct and channel sales, especially within the public sector
  • Strong knowledge of Bentley WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, and related hydraulic modeling tools
  • Experience in DPR preparation and client presentations for technical and administrative approvals
  • Familiarity with government water projects, including AMRUT, MSNA, and rural water supply schemes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
