Our Presence
We are the largest employer of interior designers in the country. We currently serve Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, as well as 30 metro and non-metro areas in India, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Surat, Coimbatore, Mysore, Mangalore, Vizag, and Vijayawada.

Your Role
As a Renewal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating interior renovation leads from apartments, residential welfare associations, and societies in your location through various channels by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate interior renovation leads from apartments, residential welfare associations, and societies in your location through various channels by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct brand activation in apartments and societies in your location to satisfy sales and marketing goals.
- Develop a brand activation calendar and track the company's BTL marketing goals.
- Collaborate with malls, local stores, and retail outlets to conduct events and drive sales and marketing goals in a particular micro-market.
- Identify and ensure BTL activities are done according to the guidelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-4 years of B2C sales field experience in societies, RWA's, and apartments.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with additional BTL activation experience and thorough understanding of omnichannel brand marketing practices.
- Superb communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
