Job Summary

At Rigel Networks, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain planning forms, business rules, task lists, calculation scripts, and reports to support business requirements for planning cycles and reporting goals in the Hyperion Planning and PBCS applications

- Maintain and develop ETL routines, meta-data member updates, associated hierarchies, and mappings for various incoming data sources and downstream reporting applications by leveraging FDMEE, load rules, SQL routines, and other technology

- Create, modify, test, and promote Planning/Essbase reports/scripts/data forms to meet the needs of the business

- Manage and enhance application control procedures for Planning/Essbase

- Coordinate and administer Disaster Recovery testing for the Planning/Essbase applications annually

- Update the departmental procedures and process maps for Planning and Essbase annually

- Responsible for the proper functioning of all Planning and Essbase applications, including all utilities and tools required to maintain the production and test environments

- Works with Financial, Planning, and Analysis Teams to gather planning model and reporting requirements, implements, tests, and delivers

- Supports future development and enhancements of Hyperion Planning and PBCS, which may include Workforce, CapEx, and Balance Sheet/NII planning models

- Provides support and technical assistance to end users of Workspace and Smart view for Planning and Essbase/Reporting

Requirements

- List any licenses or certifications required by the position: PMP, EPM, CPA, LEAN, CFA, MBA, ITIL, HFM, BI, AWS

- Education for this role includes a relevant degree such as Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Technical, Business, Education, Information Systems, Engineering, MBA, or Information Technology

Desired Experience

- Responsible for development, enhancement, and support of Hyperion Essbase and HPCM components

- Pro-actively inform business and application owners of solution design risks and performance issues with constructive solutions

- Liaise with business super users to understand requirements and prepare technical design documents against requirements during change releases

- Demonstrate value delivered by quality Essbase/HPCM solution implementation and support

- Pick up on other technology areas within Hyperion and progress to support them, FDM, OBIEE

- Experience of other Oracle Hyperion Products (Hyperion Financial Management and Financial Data Quality Management - FDM) would be beneficial
