About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at AWS India - Delhi. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of this transformational technology, assisting a global list of companies and developers that are taking advantage of a growing set of services and features to run their mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve customer cases through various contact channels, including telephone, email, and web/live chat.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for our customers.
  • Drive customer interactions by working with customers to dive deep into the root cause of an issue.
  • Coach/mentor new hires, develop and present training, and partner with development teams on complex issues or contact deflection initiatives.

We operate on a follow-the-sun model, with sites located globally. This means there is no after-hours on-call or mandated overtime in this role. You will have the opportunity to learn and use groundbreaking technologies, interact with leading engineers around the world, and partner with AWS teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bangalore, KA, IND. We value work-life harmony and strive for flexibility as part of our working culture.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of network security, managing domain transfers and DNS security, and proficiency in OS maintenance and administrative tasks. Experience with networking and troubleshooting, as well as monitoring IT services using associated technologies, is also required.
