Job Description

The Customer Relationship and Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing all orders and forecasts coming from customers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales order implementation and delivery of documents through the Corporate ERP system, maintaining constant availability of information for schedules and delivery.
  • Agree with customers on delivery and production plans, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate timely information to stakeholders about forecast changes or updates, ensuring seamless transfer of required information.
  • Ensure alignment of costs with customers and internal stakeholders, providing complete clarity on liability.
  • Collect information for requirements planning and update SAP data, including price lists, fixed orders, and rolling forecasts.
  • C coordinate internally and with clients on matters related to bill of materials creation, modification, and product specification changes.
  • Manage packaging changes to avoid remnant charge-backs to customers and implement all changes, including promotional implementations and artwork changes.
  • Inform the Manager on specific points or issues and circulate MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for management decision-making.
  • Organize logistics, ensure timely invoicing, and transportation scheduling.
  • Prepare weekly reports on urgencies and monthly analysis on stock levels, obsolete materials, and slow movements.
  • Handle customer requests for delivery schedules and queries, respecting confidentiality rules and ethics.
  • Monitor delivery and payment conditions, collect credits, and support business development activities.

Requirements

This role requires excellent English and Hindi language skills, a minimum graduate degree, and 4-6 years of experience in handling order-to-cash management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Additional qualifications include good computer literacy, specifically in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP, as well as customer orientation, attention to detail, and good organizational and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹8.5 Lakhs - ₹12.5 Lakhs per annum
