Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical development and support activities for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, build, and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas (Eligibility, Validation, and Approvals), and Transformation Formulas.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Configure and deploy changes using Page Composer, Application Composer, and HCM Design Studio.
  • Create and load data using HDL and HSDL templates for candidates, jobs, offers, and related objects.
  • Develop and manage custom workflows, alerts, and notifications for recruiting processes.
  • Support approval configurations for requisitions, job offers, and other recruitment transactions.
  • Collaborate with functional teams for requirement gathering, testing, and solution validation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide day-to-day operational support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud - Recruiting (ORC) expertise.
  • HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Transformation Formula knowledge.
  • HDL/HSDL templates for mass data load experience.
  • BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI report development skills.
  • Design Studio, Page Composer, and Application Composer proficiency.
  • Approval Workflows, Alerts, and Notifications understanding.
  • REST/SOAP APIs familiarity.
  • Redwood UI/UX knowledge.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM/Recruiting.
  • Experience in working on global/multi-country rollouts.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
