Role Overview

We seek a hands-on Senior AI engineer with expertise in building enterprise production-grade AI solutions, designing, developing, and optimizing LLM pipelines using LangGraph and other orchestration tools, implementing scalable RAG architectures to integrate internal and external knowledge bases, working with knowledge graphs to structure, enrich, and query data efficiently for LLM consumption, building and maintaining AMA-style agents capable of answering complex domain-specific queries, fine-tuning or prompt-engineering LLMs for performance, alignment, and reliability, collaborating with MLOps and infra teams to deploy models and pipelines in production, and continuously evaluating model performance and iterating based on feedback and metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, preferably with LLMs or NLP.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience working with knowledge graphs.
  • Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini.
