About the Role
">This is a challenging opportunity to lead our sales team and drive business growth for Hyatt Corporation in Delhi, IN.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and maintain strong relationships with clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in a similar position and a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to demonstrate a growth mindset, coach, mentor, and empower team members.
You will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals;">
- Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed;">
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities;">
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that client needs are met;">
- Conducting competitor research and maintaining excellent product knowledge of the hotel;">
- Ensuring all associates maintain an updated awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotions, policy changes, and internal communication;">
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection of sales associates if required; and">
- Maximizing the effectiveness of associates by developing their skills and abilities through training, coaching, and mentoring.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar position;">
- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management;">
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills;">
- The ability to demonstrate a growth mindset, coach, mentor, and empower team members;">
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team;">
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;">
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and developments;">
- Ability to travel within the region, as required;">
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;">
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;">
- Basic math skills and attention to detail;">
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods and perform other office-related tasks.">

Estimated Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month
