Integration Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled developer to create seamless integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting integration systems.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy integration flows using IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
  • Develop and maintain message flows, ESQL, JavaCompute nodes, and other integration components
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions

The role involves working closely with the development team to design, develop, and implement integration solutions that enable effective communication between diverse systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integration systems and middleware components
  • Performing unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of integration solutions
  • Documenting design, development, and operational procedures

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ESQL, Java, and message flow development, as well as experience with WebSphere MQ (MQ Series) and messaging concepts.

Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services is also required, along with an understanding of middleware architecture and integration patterns.

Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues is essential, along with good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) is necessary for this role.
