Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Standard Cell Characterization Engineer to join our team. This role involves the development of standard cell libraries from scratch and supporting existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing combinatorial, power management, and sequential circuits, as well as experience with PPA tradeoffs between different cell circuit architectures in realistic usage environments.

You will work closely with the layout team to define floor plans and layout guidelines for schematics, perform layout reviews to achieve optimum design, and maintain accurate documentation of work, design flows, and reports.
