At CMR Green Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Business Development Manager to drive business growth and profitability by managing and expanding relationships with key clients.

The company holds a 28-30% market share in India and is nearly three times larger than its closest competitor. With a strong presence across India (North, West, and South), the company operates 13 manufacturing units, employs a workforce of 5,000, and supplies to major players in the automotive industry, including tier-one OEMs like Maruti Suzuki, Honda Cars, Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, and Royal Enfield Motors.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary package for this role, estimated to be around ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years in sales and marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity focused on Key Account Management (KAM).

Responsibilities

  • Managing existing key customer accounts, including OEM and auto ancillary accounts.
  • Collaborating with Sales Coordinators and the Head of Sales for all filings, entries, billing, and documentation processes.
  • Maintaining and updating sales accounting reports, including receivables and overdue accounts, while assisting Sales Coordinators in resolving escalations.
  • Preparing debit and credit notes for customers and coordinating with the accounts team for processing.
  • Acquiring new accounts (OEMs, auto ancillary, and non-auto segments).
  • Managing the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • Collating and analyzing data from imports and sales to generate reports for management review.
  • Creating and managing all reporting metrics, reports, and documents for reviews across various platforms.
  • Liaising with customers and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Preparing and delivering internal and management reports (MIS/Internal Reporting).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Must have experience in the automobile sector.
  • Candidates should have a stable employment history (avoid frequent job changes).
