Senior Risk Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Marketplace Risk Manager. This role will play a critical part in mitigating risks related to content and abuse on our marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of professionals to identify and respond to risks related to abusers of our marketplace.
- Monitor and maintain controls systems, dashboards, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to detect fraudulent or abusive behavior and trends.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data analytics teams to build adequate solutions for emerging and established risk areas.
- Support and develop junior team members to effectively perform their area of specialization.
- Foster a collaborative team environment inclusive of diverse perspectives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years experience in Trust & Safety, preferably in Content moderation.
- 1+ years experience in leadership roles.
- Experience working collaboratively to measurably improve processes.
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to recognize patterns.
- Approaches problems with curiosity and makes sound decisions based on objective factors.
- Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication.
- Operates with composure and resilience in moments of change or uncertainty.
Possess basic knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Looker (preferred).
