Compensation Analyst Intern

Responsibilities:- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and provide insights to inform compensation decisions.
- Prepare and review reports on compensation-related matters, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the administration of compensation programs, including data entry and validation while maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist with maintaining employee records in HR systems, focusing on accuracy and data privacy.
- Participate in preparing and coordinating HR documentation, ensuring secure data management.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, adhering to data protection protocols.
- Collect and organize HR data for reporting and analytics, handling data securely and in compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to improving HR processes through data-driven insights.
- Masters in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
