AKS ProTalent is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager or Analyst to lead our customer service department. This key role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by developing and implementing effective procedures, loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Department Operations: Supervise daily activities in the customer service department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Procedure Development: Create and maintain customer service procedures, policies, and standards that align with industry best practices.
  • Satisfaction Goals: Establish and coordinate customer satisfaction targets with the team, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Loyalty Program: Design and implement an effective customer loyalty program, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer service interactions and discussions.
  • Service Analysis: Analyze service statistics and prepare detailed reports on findings, informing strategic decisions.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and develop high-performing customer service agents, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage the approved budget for the customer service department, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Management Skills: Good understanding of management practices and techniques, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive results.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and location.
