Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the building materials industry. Strong network with government entities (PWD, CPWD) and professionals such as architects or interior designers. Experience in selling interior building materials or related products. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to develop strategies and achieve sales targets. Estimated salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum.
