We are looking for an exceptional individual who can conceptualize and create visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand identity, message, and marketing objectives across various digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, layout, and branding. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. You will develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines and standards. Your tasks will include creating custom illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance visual storytelling and engagement. You will also produce high-quality mockups and prototypes for digital and print projects.

You will be responsible for staying updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and innovation. Additionally, you will work closely with copywriters, content creators, and other team members to ensure effective integration of visual and written content.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Create custom illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
  • Produce high-quality mockups and prototypes for digital and print projects.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and innovation.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, and other team members to ensure effective integration of visual and written content.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in graphic design principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Experience with print production processes and specifications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
