Job Title: Senior Global Technical Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Global Technical Salesforce Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee technical architecture and design sessions
  • Develop comprehensive technical solutions aligned with business goals
  • Assess current Salesforce implementations, architecture, and processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, data migration strategies, and Salesforce CPQ
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with at least 7 years in a senior or lead role
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions on a global scale with multi-cloud instances
  • Knowledge of healthcare processes, regulations, and trends
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Integration knowledge: Strong experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using middleware, APIs, and web services
  • Data modelling: Experience with database/object-oriented design, ETL processes, DevSecOps: Strong knowledge in SF Environments, Branching Strategy, Disaster Recovery & Security Audit
