We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our team of inspection professionals, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and safety in the oil and gas industry.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth. As an Oil and Gas Inspection Expert Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical guidance to our inspection teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical oversight and guidance to inspection teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and secure contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of inspection professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Clients Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations, sharing knowledge with colleagues to enhance our service offerings.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
  • No less than 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in inspection and corrosion management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk-based inspection methodologies, fixed equipment inspection, and piping circuitization.
  • API certifications (510, 570, 571, 580, 653) and experience with software applications like Meridium, Credo, and Pestra.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
