**Property Investment Analyst Opportunity**

We are seeking a detail-obsessed property deal analyst to evaluate investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

As a trusted member of our team, you will review deals, calculate returns, check refurbishment estimates, and decide whether they stack – impacting real-money decisions.

This is a secure, full-time remote role where accuracy, logic, and constant improvement are paramount. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key materials
  • Calculating key figures: return on investment (ROI), yield, refurb costs, profit, gross development value (GDV)
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work
  • Taking ownership of your analysis – your calls matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

You will be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Love working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understand terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, loan-to-value (LTV), etc.
  • Are meticulous – you check your work three times, not once
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Have strong integrity – you're careful because the numbers matter
