Job Overview

Hiring a Sales Specialist (Fine Jewellery Industry) with minimum 4 to 6 years of experience. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of fine jewellery products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in diamond jewelry, sales operations, new business development, international business, communication, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Drive sales of fine jewellery products in the assigned market.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize sales contracts.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fine jewellery industry
  • Strong knowledge of diamond jewelry and its market
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
  • Experience in sales operations, new business development, and international business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Customer-oriented and focused on providing exceptional service
  • Self-motivated and result-driven
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements
