Job Overview
Hiring a Sales Specialist (Fine Jewellery Industry) with minimum 4 to 6 years of experience. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of fine jewellery products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in diamond jewelry, sales operations, new business development, international business, communication, and customer management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Drive sales of fine jewellery products in the assigned market.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize sales contracts.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fine jewellery industry
- Strong knowledge of diamond jewelry and its market
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Experience in sales operations, new business development, and international business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Customer-oriented and focused on providing exceptional service
- Self-motivated and result-driven
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
