As a Marketing Campaign Reporting Operations Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in the Global MarTech team, working with industry-leading media buying and attribution platforms to support multi-channel marketing campaigns across various channels.

Your primary responsibility will be to set up campaign reporting feeds, monitor automated digital media spend reporting feeds, and respond to analytics teams' troubleshooting requests. You will also identify enhancements to streamline reporting feeds and monitoring workflows.

In addition, you will follow up with Regional Brand Marketing Leads on unreported spend, coordinate with Finance to confirm billing spend alignment, and manage brand agency workflows to gather offline spend data. You will also ensure ad platform partners provide timely reports.

You will collaborate with regional brand agencies to resolve spend and taxonomy errors in digital and offline files, work with acquisition teams to correct taxonomy issues in digital ad platforms, investigate and address spend discrepancies with media plans, and notify the analytics team as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong written and oral communication skills, be proactive, and feel empowered to take initiative to advance projects forward. Experience working with paid marketing ad platforms, such as social media platforms, Google Marketing Platform, search, and programmatic, is required.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Math, or Economics is preferred, and 3 or more years of experience in marketing technology or paid marketing data reporting operations is essential. You will also need to demonstrate ability to manage and maintain both internal and external cross-functional relationships.
