Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Resolution Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to analyze customer needs, and provide timely solutions to resolve grievances and collections effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer complaints and feedback to improve services
- Monitor daily grievances and escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries
- Implement processes for timely payment receipt generation and reduce customer queries
- Handle escalated customer complaints via phone calls, emails, or walk-ins
- Ensure accurate updates of payment-related details in SFDC portals
