Location:
This role is a hybrid in-office/remote position, with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Our office is located in Gurgaon, India.
About the role:
The Consumer Marketing Team at TMB is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to handle campaign setup, execution, and analytics. The ideal candidate will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and possess an analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of direct marketing principles. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will work with the manager to set up campaigns, execute, and provide reporting, managing the campaign timeline and creative tickets via JIRA.
About this role:
The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for campaign setup, execution, and analytics. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of direct marketing principles. The ideal candidate will have a BA in Marketing or Business Administration, 3-4+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing, and experience with campaign performance analytics. The successful candidate will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills and ability to effectively collaborate. The role involves working with the manager to set up campaigns, execute, and provide reporting, managing the campaign timeline and creative tickets via JIRA. The Assistant Marketing Manager will also be responsible for campaign analysis, creating hypotheses, and optimization opportunities for future campaigns. The role requires the ability to prioritize and organize issues/projects for self, internal team, and external partners. The successful candidate will also have experience with Google Analytics, Looker, and any BI tool, as well as expert knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
